What we collect
This website does not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies or contact forms. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us. In the course of an engagement, we may hold business contact details and correspondence relating to the work.
Why and on what basis
We use this information to respond to enquiries, to deliver and administer engagements, and to maintain professional records. The lawful bases are legitimate interests (responding to and managing business relationships) and contract (performing an engagement).
Retention and sharing
Correspondence and engagement records are kept for as long as professionally and legally necessary, then deleted. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the practice (such as email hosting), under appropriate terms.
Your rights
