Founders
We founded Fennec Ridge Partners after 15+ years in cloud architecture leadership, including senior/leadership solutions architecture roles at both Amazon Web Services and Microsoft. Inside the hyperscalers, we worked with enterprise and regulated organisations on the decisions this practice now advises on independently: platform strategy, security architecture, identity and data boundaries, and the governance that lets a sensitive workload reach production.

That background shapes how the practice works. Having sat on the vendor side of the table, we know how cloud recommendations are constructed, where the commercial incentives sit, and which questions an account team would prefer a customer not to ask. Clients retain Fennec Ridge for precisely that independence.

Built for the point where cloud, AI and accountability meet.

The practice exists for organisations that need experienced counsel before a major cloud, AI or security decision moves forward — and it is intentionally small, so the focus stays on clear, defensible decisions rather than implementation collateral.

Senior-led
Every mandate carried personally by the founding partner.
